Search by meaning rather than keyword match, typically via embedding-vector similarity.
Semantic search embeds transcripts as vectors and retrieves sections by cosine similarity to the query. SumTube's history page will gain semantic search in Phase 2 — the target use case is recall queries like "which video was that Suspense discussion in?".
